Using products that are natural and safe for my family's health is important to me. Many of my favorite personal care products are either basic household products or from Young Living or Burt's Bees. Good for You-Naturally!™ Personal Care

Raw, Organic Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO)

Raw, organic, virgin coconut oil is great for more than food products. It's a great health product too. Use it for rough or dry skin as a great moisturizer; it absorbs into your skin and you can't find a better "lotion." It fights free-radicals, think anti-aging, and not only brings relief to dry, itchy skin (such as ezema) but also helps repair and protect. It even helps the skin restore its natural anti-microbial barrier. Also use it to remove eye makeup. Use it as a pre-wash hair conditioner. It softens your hair and scalp and can help with dandruff. Many other uses for health benefits.

Baking Soda

Baking soda is the traditional tooth powder. You can add a drop of therapeutic-grade (Young Living) essential oil to it to make it even better - Peppermint or Thieves blend. You can also use it as a deodorant - under arm and foot. And even shampoo with it. I've always wondered if you shampoo with baking soda, and rinse with ACV if your head will turn into a volcano. :-)

Raw, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)

Use it as a hair rinse. You can even add essential oils (Young Living) with it. It not only removes shampoo residue giving your hair greater luster, but also helps with dandruff and itching. Soothes sunburns and itching. Heals acne. Many other uses for health benefits.

Deodorant

Baking soda, therapeutic-grade (Young Living) essential oils, deodorant stone, Young Living Dentarome toothpaste (basically baking soda with essential oils,) or none. After cleaning up your diet you may find you don't need it!

Toothpaste

Baking soda, or Dentarome toothpaste (from Young Living), or Jason's toothpaste (no SLS).

Bath/Shower

Castile natural soap (bar or liquid - homemade or purchased,) Young Living Bath Gel, Jason Shower Body Wash, ayate wash cloth, loofa sponge.

Shave

Coconut oil based soap or shave (homemade or purchased,) Kiss My Face Moisture Shave, Tom's Shave Cream.

Face Care

Wash with castile natural soap, coconut oil based. Tone with Apple Cider Vinegar. Moisturize with VCO. Burt's Bees has some of my favorite natural face care products, especially their Orange Facial Cleanser. We also like Desert Essence Thoroughly Clean Face Wash (with Tea Tree oil.)

Hair Care

Castile natural soap. ACV rinse. Young Living Shampoo and Conditioner. Jason Shampoo and Conditioner.

Lavender therapeutic-grade Essential Oil, VCO, Herb Savvy-Goldenseal/Myrrh Salve - 2 oz. - Cream by Country Comfort, Hyland's Calendula Ointment.
