This book has been reprinted and is used by many home educators, especially those incorporating Charlotte Mason methods, which includes nature study as a major component of the home “curriculum.”

The holiday has past and I’m just resting in the blessing today. The house is still relatively clean. There are no lessons to work on (not that there couldn’t be.)
